The Board of Directors consist of the manager of the institution, the parents’ selected board of directors with three members and deputy members and a representative from the pedagogical staff. The members selected by the parents are elected for a two-year period at the yearly common parents’ meeting.
The parental committee gathers at 4-6 yearly board meetings, where they talk about pedagogical frames, challenges, education, projects, inspiration etc. The daily leader is responsible that the overall frames for Børnehuset Lillekilde are being complied with.
